Before your pet’s stay

Help make your pet’s boarding comfortable and stress-free by reviewing these requirements and preparing what your pet needs.

  1. Annual veterinary exam

Each pet must be seen annually by one of our veterinarians in order to board at our facility.

  2. Vaccinations

Dogs and cats must be up to date on their rabies and distemper vaccines before boarding. Read about vaccines

  3. Stool sample test

Dogs and cats must have a negative stool sample test every 6 months. Exotic animals also need a negative stool sample test every 6 months.

  4. What to bring

Please bring your pet’s food and any medications, in the original bottle, that your pet needs during the stay.

  5. Boarding an exotic pet

Some exotic animals need extra belongings for boarding, such as enclosures, enrichment activities, toys and other essentials. Please check with our reception team to confirm whether boarding can be accommodated and what your pet may need for its stay.
